The representative shot a disgruntled glare. "Him?! Now you're pulling strings my queen!"

"He is my grandson, he will be treated with the same respect. Regardless of his appearance, Viorel will see fit to take my place one day." The queen warned.

"This is atrocious, he carries absolutely no qualities of a leader! He has no golden eyes, no muscle to scare an army, he thinks the classroom is paradise for god's sake! With all due respect my queen, what will a human's history have to do with our kind in the long run?"

Just as the representative opened his mouth for another loud retort, he was immediately stopped by her majesty's hand, and especially the look behind her glorious mask. "My queen?"

"Viorel Unknown," she stated calmly, "Your late king's successor, your future king's son, your queen's smartest asset. If you want to talk about human records then it is clear you have no indication of the humanistic features of our own soul. Viorel knows everything of how humans develop, how they find power a key to surviving longer, why they created a heaven and hell for all us living. He also knows everything about fear, something souls like you unfortunately do not understand. Yes his...modesty is quite questionable, but I cannot see a more hopeful luminary than the hybrid of both worlds..."

I've had this character for a long time in my mind and it just so happens to be NOW that I'm drawing him out, gosh I'm indolent lol. Viorel is a character that was not exactly planned in my old stories, but kind of a conceptual ideal of an alternative story just for shits lol.
